Students who meet one of the following criteria may be exempt from the application fee:
- · You previously paid the application fee
- · You are U.S. military personnel and as proof provide one of the following:
- · Control Access Card (CAC) – verification must be submitted in person
- · Military orders indicating active-duty status
- · Most recent copy of Military Leave and Earning Statement (LES)
- · NGB 22, National Guard Report of Separation and Record of Service
- · DD Form 3208, Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege (USID) Card
- · You are a Veteran and provide proof of the following:
- · DD Form 214 with a Character of Service designation that is other than dishonorable
First time applications will not be processed until the $35 application fee is submitted. For timely processing, we recommend paying the fee online with a credit card when you submit your application. However, if you are unable to pay at that time, you may log back into the application portal later to complete your payment.
Please note that your application will not be processed until the application fee has been received.
