Description
This program certificate is designed to meet specific industry skill sets and can be taken to begin or enhance a career. It provides an opportunity to participate in experiential learning to directly apply the concepts learned to an industry setting. This certificate can be taken as a stand-alone certificate or stacked toward an associate or bachelor鈥檚 degree.
The certificate is designed to provide the student with a broader and deeper understanding of organizational culture and dynamics, management best practices, the role of the manager, and the nature of influence.
Preparation
Students can take any of the courses with no prior coursework or experience. Successful students should have a drive to learn, the ability to work well with others, and the ability to think critically and quickly.听
Requirements
Students who complete the curriculum requirements receive a Program Certificate in Leadership.

Career Opportunities
The goal of this curriculum is to provide an introduction into the insight needed to be a strong leader and to provide students with the opportunity to learn more 看片软件 themselves, more 看片软件 how they feel they would like to be managed, and how they can improve their management style.
